Since Scott Swann began working with CCS Construction Staffing 5 months ago, he has proven that he is a model employee. Employers’ reviews have stressed Swann on efficiency and praised him for his leadership. He is honest, hard-working, smart, and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty on every project. Swann is a Plumber Mechanic focusing on industrial plumbing, installing water pumps, showers, and toilers in commercial buildings. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina.

**What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?** “I am specialized in copper so they call me to fix that.”

**What do you like about CCS Construction Staffing?** “It’s been really easy to work with CCS, this is my first job, and I hope they can keep me in the area for longer and continue going to new job sites.”

**Who was the most influential person to you as a child?** “My father, he was a special guy. He was in the military and ran his own business and sent us off to school and on top of that he ran a dairy farm.”

**If you could choose another career what would be is be?** “Hahaha, I would say something in the medical field, I would love to work at a hospital.”

**What are the main lessons you’ve learned in life?** “Work hard and play hard.”

**What is your favorite music?** “70s Rock and Roll is my l favorite because I grew up listening to it.”

**How many years of experience?** “I have approximately 7 years of experience.”
